The Women’s Commission of the Human Rights Association announced that it has completed the “Policy Document on the Prevention of Sexist, Repressive Behaviors and Mobbing”.
The association states that a transformative and restorative policy has been determined based on the experiences and expectations of the women+ in the commission of the policy document.
The association explains the objectives of the document as follows: “This policy primarily aims to nurture the egalitarian and transformative aspect of the corporate culture, to clarify the unclear, to learn together, to transform and transform. It consists of three basic stages, preventing the occurrence of the violation, providing repair when the violation occurs, and performing the transformation so that it does not recur.”
